Delivery destinations

We ship orders to EU countries and some other select countries worldwide. If your country is available when placing your order, then we expect we can deliver to your country.

All deliveries are tracked, using our preferred shipping partner for each country. You will receive a dispatch confirmation which will include a tracking reference.

Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change, including for the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and any customs clearance processing requirements of your country of importation.

In cases where you are able to purchase the product from a location outside the European Union (EU), the product is not registered or approved for use in those non-EU countries. Your use in that non-EU country of any product is at your own risk and we make no representations that the product is available for use in a location outside the EU. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of that non-EU country in relation to the purchase, import and use of the product in the non-EU country, and for following any rules prescribed by the non-EU country.


Delivery charges

Delivery charges are added to the value of your order and are calculated based on your shipping address. If your total order value meets certain thresholds, you may be eligible for free or discounted delivery.

You are eligible for free delivery within the EU if your order is €75.00 or above. For countries outside the EU, you will receive a €5.00 shipping discount on orders of €75.00, and a €10.00 shipping discount on orders of €165.00 and above.


Expedited delivery

All deliveries are shipped by our shipping partner for each country to optimise the transit time and the cost of delivery. Currently, we are unable to offer special expedited delivery.


Receiving your order

You may need to sign to receive your order, or have a safe and secure place available so that our shipping partner can leave your order at the shipping address if you are not available to receive it in person.

If there is not a safe and secure place to leave your order at your shipping address, our shipping partner will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Please use the optional “Company Name / Order Notes” box on the checkout page to add further details for the safe receipt of your delivery. However, we cannot guarantee our shipping partner will always be able to comply with these special instructions. It is important that the address details are accurate and completed fully.

  • Germany and Netherlands: 1-3 days
  • Belgium, Luxembourg and Ireland: 2-5 days
  • Sweden: 3-6 days
  • Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania: 3-6 days
  • Spain and Portugal: 3-7 days
  • Denmark, Norway and Estonia: 3-7 days


Value Added Tax

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. EU VAT is included on all orders delivered inside the EEA.

Estimated delivery times for select countries outside the European Economic Area is 5-15 business days depending on the location of your shipping address.


Taxes, custom duties and charges for orders & shipments outside the European Economic Area

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. EU VAT is excluded on orders delivered outside the EEA.

Depending on the shipping destination outside the EU, you may need to pay other taxes, customs duty, levies or other charges in relation to your order on importation of the product into your country. As the importer of the product, you may need to pay any outstanding charges, as directed by your country of importation, once your products arrive at your country’s border. In some cases, our shipping partner or your customs authority may contact you directly and you may need to collect your order directly. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the EU.


Deliveries to PO Box and shared addresses

Some shipping partners cannot make deliveries to PO Box addresses, so it is recommended that all delivery addresses are physical street addresses.

We strongly advise against deliveries to hotels or third-party couriers. Any orders to be sent to a shared address, such as shared boxes, hotels or third-party couriers, are entirely at the risk of the consumer. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive at such destinations or are damaged on receipt.


Bulk orders

The website is for consumer and end-user purchasers only. You must not offer, or re-sell, products bought from this website, without our prior written approval.
